The homes we build are located throughout Poland.
Below we present a selection of completed projects.
In this project, nature takes center stage. The blue front door invites you inside, where the warmth of the fireplace meets the view of the tranquil river current and surrounding greenery. The spacious terrace becomes a place for daily relaxation, while the complete lightning protection system ensures safety in all conditions. This is a home that lets you slow down and breathe — close to nature, far from the rush.
A classic form in a modern edition. This single-story home, finished with an elegant plastered façade, fits perfectly into the compact development of the area while maintaining privacy thanks to a secluded garden hidden at the back of the building. It is a space created for those who value peace, functionality, and timeless style.
It is rare for a building constructed by us to blend so exceptionally into the surrounding landscape. The wooden façade makes the house literally merge with the forest ecosystem, becoming its integral part. The placement of the building on an elevation gives it a unique character, and thanks to the large glazed areas, the house becomes a private observation point for the Investors, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding nature.
Grand House 103 is a response to the real-life needs of our Clients. The house has been designed with maximum functionality and comfort in mind, providing an open and convenient space for the entire family. We have equipped the building with modern installations such as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating, and external roller shutters – all of which enhance both comfort and energy efficiency.

The Wilga housing estate is a particularly intimate, forested area that, combined with our home, offers investors privacy, peace, and space to recharge. The home’s interior living space features a high ceiling in the living room, emphasizing its spaciousness. Outside, we added a large covered terrace, allowing residents to enjoy the plot regardless of the weather.
A narrow house for a narrow plot? The project in Zawiercie clearly shows that there’s a solution for every situation. The facade was finished with fibre-cement cladding, known for its durability and weather resistance. The elegant black cladding pairs perfectly with the black window frames and a contrasting terrace made of larch wood.
The settlement consists of 5 houses – 2 Rest House 66 units, Prime House 83, Prime House 110, and a custom single-storey house design. Some homes already feature covered terraces and saunas for guest use. We had the pleasure of delivering this investment in the picturesque region of Lower Silesia, right next to the Stołowe Mountains National Park.
Silence, peace, privacy, independence — these are just a few words that come to mind when describing this investment. This very functional single-storey house, hidden deep in the forest, offers a true haven of tranquillity for the investors. The building features an integrated façade shutter system, and the attic was adapted for storage to make full use of the available space.
We extended the standard Prime House 54 design with an additional module that provides garage space. In the rear part of the module, we also designed a sauna with a view of the garden. The two volumes are connected by a vestibule that also serves as additional storage space.
A gentle slope, forest surroundings, and nestled within—a mezzanine house with large glazing on the front elevation. What more could one need to breathe deeply and escape the city? The house was also equipped with external blinds and mosquito nets, which will certainly come in handy in this location.
Aesthetic finishing is only half the success. The other half is the plot with which the building must work in harmony. In this case, the result was a perfect match. Large front-facing glazing with a sliding HST window allows even greater connection with nature.
A modern barn with large glazing can also be highly functional. A spacious living room with a bathroom and an extra room on the ground floor offers plenty of space for the whole family. The second floor features another bathroom and two bedrooms, forming a private sleeping zone. The vestibule, located outside the main building volume, adds essential storage space and helps reduce heat loss.
This project is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The house is used as a short-term rental for tourists exploring the Stołowe Mountains trails. In addition to standard features, we equipped the building with external blinds and pre-installed wiring for a smart home system, allowing remote control and automation.
A house with such a stunning view could only be located in the Lower Silesian region. The building stands in a mountainous area, on a sloped terrain. The slab foundation required additional ground replacement to level the base. The view from the house toward Mount Śnieżka and the entire Stołowe Mountains panorama makes every construction effort worthwhile.
This beautiful, forest-like home is located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, surrounded by local forests and lakes. The house is equipped with stylish burglar-proof blinds that pair perfectly with the black window frames. The building’s natural facade color blends seamlessly into the wooded character of the plot.
A small settlement of two rental houses located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. Both buildings feature mezzanines that offer views of the forest in which they are nestled. Each house is equipped with HST sliding windows, adding functionality and openness to the interior spaces.
Although the building includes a mezzanine that might suggest a recreational purpose, the investor resides here permanently. The house is located in an orchard, on a beautiful plot filled with trees. Thanks to the mezzanine level, enjoying the views of this idyllic area takes on a deeper meaning.
This home, featuring a wonderful reddish facade combined with anthracite trim and a composite terrace, is located not far from Warsaw. It belongs to our line of recreational houses and, in this case, also serves as a vacation home, where the owners recharge while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the plot.
Serving as a second holiday home, this building was placed on the investors’ plot in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The house functions as a retreat for spending time with family and friends, or simply as a peaceful place to rest and unwind.
A rental development of four houses located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, near the town of Giżycko. These homes serve as a relaxing getaway for guests. The picturesque rural surroundings, with direct access to Lake Ublik Wielki, offer an escape from the noise of everyday life and a chance for complete immersion in nature.
A recreational house near the beautiful region of Kashubia offers investors a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located by a lake, surrounded by fields, meadows, and gentle hills, the house with a mezzanine is perfectly suited for admiring the breathtaking surroundings—making it hard to ever want to leave.
Located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, this house stands on a wooded lakeside plot, offering investors a peaceful haven for relaxation and tranquility. The building is equipped with a chimney and wood-burning stove, making time spent here on colder days even more atmospheric.
A development of five houses located in Kashubia, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The buildings share a cohesive architectural style and minimalist form featuring concealed gutters. Each house is situated several hundred meters apart in a forested setting, ensuring that every investor can enjoy privacy—even with large front-facing glass panels.
